Is Arizona National Golf Club private or is it open to the public?

The golf club is open to the public and is accessed through the Sabino Springs security gates on Snyder Road.

Is there a restaurant available to Sabino Springs residents and the public?

Yes, The Grill is located at the Arizona National Golf Club and is open to residents and the public.

Is Sabino Springs considered a gated community?

Yes, the community is staffed 24/7 and is gated. There is also nightly surveillance of the community.

Does Sabino Springs have a HOA?

Yes, the Sabino Springs Master Homeowners Association was established to protect the environment, maintain facilities and common areas, enhance property values, and sustain our quality of life. Every property owner in Sabino Springs automatically becomes a member of the Association.  Membership is outlined in the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).  They define the standards to which common areas are maintained, policies are enforced, and architectural control is regulated.  The Association is governed by a Board of Directors whose fiduciary responsibility is to ensure that the governing documents are objectively and expeditiously enforced.

Is Sabino Springs managed by a Property Management Company?

Yes – Pinehurst Properties, Inc. provides professional management services for all aspects of the daily operation of the community. Both the Board and Pinehurst Properties, Inc. are dedicated to maintaining an open line of communication between homeowner and the Association.

Where is Sabino Springs located?

Sabino Springs is nestled in the Catalina Foothills on the northeast side of Tucson and just a short drive from Tucson metro. Arizona National Golf is located within the community of Sabino Springs.   (see local map)

How far is it to the nearest grocery store?

It is about 10 minutes to the shopping at the intersection of Catalina Hwy and Tanque Verde Road.

Is Sabino Springs an over-55 community?

It is not an over-55 community.
