We will meet at the far east side of Sabino Greens Drive at the end of the road. This time, we will explore the washes on the east side of the neighborhood. Please bring a pair of binoculars.
In case you missed the last Sabino Springs birdwalk, here is the summary:
We had 14 Sabino Springs Residents come out for the January 29th neighborhood bird walk . Thanks to Debbie for adding the great photos to the ebird list!
We had a close encounter with a Cooper’s Hawk in the pool parking lot to start the day (it took a while for the birds to come back out after that). We went west for a bit on the sidewalk before going to the Clubhouse parking lot and the pond. We finished up by 10:00 am. If folks have any questions about birding in the area, they can email me at laurelsalvador@yahoo.com or just look me up in the Sabino Springs directory. I always enjoy talking about birds with folks.
