For Realtors

Here are some commonly requested resources for realtors and their clients. Sabino Springs is a master-planned gated community of 516 homes nestled among 430 acres of natural desert at the very base of the Catalina Foothills in northeast Tucson. Sabino Springs surrounds an 18-hole beautifully maintained public golf course, the Arizona National Golf Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and voted Best Public Golf Course in Tucson. The Sabino Springs development was designed with an emphasis on natural desert preservation and animal protection.  As a result, almost half of the 430 acres is designated to remain undeveloped, making this community a unique blend of desert comfort and wilderness. Golfing residents are actively involved in golf leagues and can take advantage of one of the top golf courses in SW Arizona. Naturalists enjoy the protected Natural Open Space with its diverse ecosystem in close proximity to a public preserve – the Coronado National Forest.
